Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were charming, practical, and exceptionally well maintained.
I would definitely recommend getting one of the second floor lodge rooms rather than first floor. You have to trade a queen bed for a sofa bed in the living area and you get beautiful high ceilings and more windows in return.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, but the size of the room, the general cleanness of the room, as well as the facility, were imposing. We underestimated the "to go" breakfast, but as it turned out, I loved the breakfast. Lodges usually tend to be small, but Basecamp was huge in terms of the rooms, and the facility

The room was very nice looking with a fireplace, wooden headboard but also modern touches. We also enjoyed the balcony with a decent view of the mountains. The lodges are also beautiful from the outside. We received a free room upgrade to a King Room which was very spacious, and the staff called about half an hour after check in to make sure everything was okay with the room. The bed was very comfy and overall the hotel felt luxurious.

The lodge was very clean and very comfortable. We love that the sheets were so fresh and new, towels as well. The bathtub was the cleanest one we have ever seen in any hotels or lodges. The bathroom was also very clean and proper. Staff were lovely and left a birthday card for our daughter. Thank you!
