We extended our stay here just to relax and plan our trip further. Benjamin provided all the info for our stay and gave us very helpful information about our trip through Patagonia. Elisa is just the nicest person ever, prepares delicious food with love. There's a path straight from the house to a very beautiful waterfall where you can sit down and observe nature. Close by is also a river. Rooms are very clean and cozy, and the bathroom is very nice with a great shower. We also loved the styling of the lodge. Lobby is an amazing social place to hang out with other guests. At our time staying here, there were two very interesting and fun fishermen from Chile who come here every year fly-fishing. If I would recommend this place? Definitely. A place where you enjoy and relax doing things you love (fly-fishing, hking, kayaking, rafting...).

The decor is cool, modern and has such a cozy feel, that I instantly felt comfortable and delighted to be there. The area is a beautiful gated community, which is very private and extremely quiet. Neighbors were friendly and respectful of privacy. No one encroached on our space. While this particular cabin was on the hill. It leads to a beautiful beach with an amazing view of the lake and the Mount Orsono. It was simply spectacular and magical. Bianca and Andreas were great. Both so warm and welcoming. Quick to respond to any questions and offer assistance. I would return in an instant.

A barbecue and a private beach area can be found at the lodge, along with a garden. Such a gem! Worth the short drive outside of Chaiten. Jose took great care of us during our time. we even decided to stay a third day. We will return the next time we are in the area.

The Chalet is 250 meters from the main building Peuma lodge is a 4 star resort. Beautiful, impeccable cabins with stunning views. The main reception building houses the dining room, a relaxing lounge and has a large veranda with lounge chairs around a large hot tub. Further down there is an entertainment building with a large TV and ping pong table. Across from this is the massive sauna and another secluded hot tub with stairs to the river for a plunge pool for the brave. Sheep mow the lawn to keep to you amused. The beds are comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The staff were all friendly, always attentive to your needs, quick to light the fires so your cabin was ready each evening after dinner. The breakfast was good and dinner’s delicious. 30,000 per person for 3 courses - 2 choices per course was reasonable for the quality of food. We loved every course over 3 dinners. We organised rafting from here which was amazing and was only a 15 minute drive down the road. I recommend scheduling at least 1 day to stay and relax in the hot tub and grounds. This hotel is a beautiful oasis off the Carretera Austral. We could have stayed several more days easily.
