We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments 'Colibri' which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a few themes over our stay, we also enjoyed the Creole evening.The pool area was immaculate. We had a great welcome from the owners who spoke excellent English and they allow guests to continue to use the pool area and a bathroom if they are catching a late flight which is always really helpful. I highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Studios are well equipped to cook and temperature was perfect to sleep without air conditioning. A bar is open several days a week and offers nice appetiser/ dinner plates with local rhum. We were welcomed by one of the owners who provided good advice for hike. The couple running the bar was charming which is definitely a plus. You have to know that there is no restaurant in Saint Claude but a small supermarket with everything you need to cook in your nature kitchen.

A balcony with mountain views is offered in every unit. Hosts Thierry and Jacky are what make this place special. They offered us a complimentary tour of the south after picking us up from the port. Off grid clamping and the communal breakfasts were big draws for us.
