Featuring free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. Friendly welcome at time of booking & on arrival from Jackie who was also very informative. The chalet was fabulous! It was very well equipped, spotless & tastefully decorated throughout. Bathrooms were immaculate. As a family of four the ensuite shower room was a welcome addition. We found that it was a great location to explore, lots to do & plenty of places to visit in the surrounding towns. Lots of leaflets available in the chalet. We enjoyed the walk through the forest at Harestanes up to the Waterloo monument. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the on site restaurant. We would love to return & would definitely recommend No.47.

Clearly a lot of love, time and effort out into this little place. Was clean, beautiful set out and extremely comfortable. Dog friendly, our pooch was super comfortable. Jackie was so friendly and welcoming. Really felt at home during our stay.
the breakfast was excellent the staff were very good, the location of the hotel was really good. there was a problem due to the fact that we had our dog with us and the booking company had not informed the hotel that we had our dog with us, the owners very kindly resolved the issue , managing to swap our room with a guest that was in a dog friendly lodge with no dog,
Lodge was fantastic Had everything we needed for our stay
The lodge provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing break. Communication from the owner is excellent and we had absolutely nothing negative to report.
Leithen Lodge is that dream Scottish manor we all hope to encounter and Ted is a wonderful and most interesting host The setting is fabulous and feels like Hitchcock’s 39 steps
Gorgeous, clean and spacious lodge, perfect for 4 people. Incredible facilities with wood fired hot tub, bbq, outside lounge area. Our hosts Maggie & Archie were lovely - had the log fire & hot tub on for us arriving.
Absolutely beautiful lodge, brilliant directions and has everything you could possibly need including a big fridge freezer with enough room for all our cheese and fruit! Comfortable seating area. We had a great weekend and the shower is fantastic🚿 Lovely quiet stay, beautiful weather and a very handy shop on site with a good supply of essentials, ice cream, old fashioned sweeties and ice for our pre dinner gin and tonics.
Beautiful old building in centre of Kelso . Has a hunting lodge feel with antique type furniture and open fires in foyer and lounge area . Breakfast made to order , excellent quality and well presented.
The location is amazing with view over the Tweed Valley - the three lodges are nicely arranged to ensure privacy.
