Beautiful facilities and very nice staff. Super comfortable and really good breakfast. Must order the overnight oats in advance.

The location was ideal for being able to experience all of Arran but also finding some peace and quiet. The little stream was loved by our dog and made sitting out on the decking all the more peaceful. Its a compact but very well thought out space. Hosts were super friendly & very helpful.

Butt Lodge is amazing. The hosts Cath and Mac are extremely friendly and Mac is an amazing chef -- the breakfasts and dinner were really nice. The location is beautiful and the rooms are clean and large. I particular liked the little touches: proper fresh juice, homemade jam/marmalade, nice soft towels. They even made flapjacks for us for our hike up the mountain.

The hotel and huts have spectacular views of the bay and holy island. We stayed in the main lodge building and the rooms were well equipped but simple, again the sea facing rooms are great! Short walk from the main village and Co-op supermarket. Friendly and welcoming staff.

We stayed in the lodge and had a room facing the lovely gardens towards Lamlash beach and the Holy Isle, couldn’t have asked for better! The welcome from Lisa was lovely, very warm and friendly, our room was comfortable and really clean, the provision of tea making facilities much appreciated.

Lovely hosts, great location, wonderful house, fabulous breakfast, comfy bed and wonderful evening meal. Hosts are lovely very welcoming, everything you needed you had. Would definitely pop back for another visit. Thoroughly recommend Butt Lodge.
