We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary last year and were that happy we had to come back for our second anniversary. This is definitely our favorite place. The hot tub is amazing. The hosts are fantastic and always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Valley View Lodge is situated on Percy Wood Country Retreat, Swarland, Northumberland, surrounded by forest with nature walks, deer spotting, red squirrels and other wildlife in the vicinity. Everything was perfect. 12 from 10 Points!

Set in Hetton Law, near Lowick and Chatton in the Northumberland region, The Shepherds Hut is a self-catering accommodation set in its own garden area with a sun-room and patio area. Quirky and a met the brief for being quiet and in amazing countryside. we watched the wildlife daily. Owners have made this very homely.

This fine lodge-style accommodation with stunning views has free Wi-Fi and an in-house bar and restaurant. Comfortable, clean and quiet room, excellent breakfast, bar and café are great as well. The staff is polite and helpful. The location is very convenient to stop for the night if you travel far north. Bamburgh castle is a 10 min drive away and Holy island is 20. Both definitely worth visiting.
