So in theory this should be a brilliant place to stay. There's lots of room, for a family you have two separate spaces - a large bedroom with a double bed and over bed bunkbeds, and a living room which converts into a second bedroom. I'm guessing this is a fairly new place so I'd love to think what happened for us were teething problems, and advise anyone to have a look again in a couple of months and see if it's sorted out. A big issue though was that there was no-one to discuss any problems with, and no-one responded to messages or calls. I'm willing to forgive a lot if I know what the issues are, but we were just never able to discuss any of it with the owners. The view out on to the showground on the Sunday morning watching the competition was interesting though an the location is quiet - depends on who else is staying though if your stay is quiet.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Loved the fireplace in the main house, as well as the lodges with amazing big windows to the golf course and trees. Breakfast was amazing and lunch also great! The staff were super friendly and made us feel like home. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and we got complimentary prosecco next to the fireplace, the night before his birthday which was a lovely touch. Will definitely recommend to others.
The lodge was lovely, location great. Staff exceptional. The food was delicious and fresh.
Just got back from an amazing 2 nights away. For our wedding anniversary. We were even given a bottle of fizz. We had a lovely time from time we got there till we left. Was just perfect. The tipi was just beautiful and had everything you need. It was so clean and tidy that even the bathroom was spotless. We loved it so much. Hubby is booking one of the lodges for February, and I will be coming back in June with the girls. Thank you so much for making our weekend away so beautiful. Xx
The property was close to town, clean tidy and staff were amazing! Bed was super comfortable …. Have been away for just in 4 weeks and have stayed in ALOT of hotels/motels/lodges/BnB’s and this bed would have been the most comfortable and the best nights sleep I have had. Carpark instructions sent prior to arriving, really easy instructions to follow and easily found. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!
beautiful lodges, modern design, great terraces
Nice location and facilities the lodges were very modern. And the main double bed was comfy
A wonderful lodge in a quiet village setting. One of the best appointed lodges we have used. Hard to fault
The lodges are lovely and cosy. I wasnt expecting it to be as big as it was. Lovely touches in the rooms with shields. Nice little walk to the castle 🏰 along a lit path, so excellent location. Breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from and you can choose your time slot which is good also. We will definitely use the lodges at knights village again.
It was our family’s first time in the Cotswolds and we wanted to stay somewhere we could put the baby to sleep and us stay up and enjoy a home feeling but without having to rent a home. The lodges where the perfect solution. The people are really friendly, the girls in reception super sweet and the guy at breakfast helped us a lot with everything. It’s our second time around and we chose it knowing everything would be great.
