We loved our stay at Nordic Natura. The cabin was very cozy and well equipped, there was nothing we missed. The views of the canyon next to it were also stunning. The owner welcomed us with a little gift and made sure that everything is fine doing our stay. On our first night we even got an amazing display of the northern lights.
Overall it is the perfect stay if you want to explorer the north of Iceland, I.e. Husavik, Asbyrgi, Dettifoss…

We love the natural thermal pool right in front of the property. Bath robes were provided. Beautiful lodging. Kitchen fully equipped. Everything you need to cook a great meal.
It is a wonder place. The settlement, Ólafsfjörður, is an amazingly located alone, but the small wooden houses add to the experience. It was everything and even more. The hot tub is a must!
Magical wooden house not far from the coast, incredible views from the windows. It was windy and raining when we were there, making it an even more special experience. It has everything you could need.
Beautiful little lodge with terrace and lovely view. We had everything we needed. The place seemed like new and beautifully decorated. Good quality bed and bedding.
The rooms were located on the ground floor of a farmhouse in a remote area (although the Godafoss waterfall was 5 minutes by drive). The owner, Stefan, was very nice and explained us everything. There was a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and plenty of dishes to use, as well as a big table where you could eat simple meals. The bathroom was big with a drying rack (which was convenient after going to the Thermal baths).
Really lovely breakfast (home made) , clean , easy to reach and located in a very lovely valley. We used the lodge to vist nice things around Dalvik where our whale watching tour started.
It was the best time ever in a lodging for 9 nights in Iceland.
This is a pretty remote area with little competition, but nevertheless this guesthouse offers a great deal. The room was spacious, you get a full access to a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area upstairs is large, and even has a telescope. The best thing was the hot tub. It is a proper natural thermal bath with stunning views to the raging ocean.
Lovely lodge in a beautiful location Lovely hostess Generous breakfast
This was one of our best lodgings of our trip, in one of our favorite towns in Iceland. The hotel is very comfortable and stylish. Our room was quite large. The best part was having dinner there. The chef is Moroccan, and we had wonderful tagine and couscous. It was a nice change from the usual fish and lamb options. We opted to pay extra for breakfast, and it was very good also.
