Very very beautiful, calm and clean space! we loved it a lot to be there. the hosts are a couple of chefs, preparing amazing food and serving nice french wines. there were 4 super lovely dogs around and 300 meters away the entrance to the most beautiful park we found in laos. we extended our stay in naga lodge and went to the park for swimming several times.

Perfect cozy mountain lodge with a lot of love to the detail, perfect attentive and warm hosts, perfect cuisine and fireplace. Beautiful surroundings to explore - visit the Nahm Dong Park! You feel like you are far away in the mountains, even though it's really quite close to LPB.

We loved our stay in Naga Lodge, Frederic and his family was very attentive, welcoming and took good care of us. Food was amazing and I highly recommend to try it out during the stay. Area and surroundings are beautiful, half kilometre away there is nature park in which you can hike whole day. Staying in Naga lodge was a highlight of our trip in Laos. Don’t be afraid of remote location is totally worth it even if you don’t have your own transport, Frederic will help you to arrange transportation.

Clean and fresh lodgings in prime location. Short walk to restaurants, cafés, markets, Mekong River etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cold water for topping up your water bottle. Basic breakfast included. Payment options include choice of currencies / cash or card. Staff acknowledge firm Asian mattresses and offer to fit a topper for us sensitive westerners :)

A lovely quiet location right on the banks of the Mekong river. The rooms are old wooden houses that have been transported and rebuilt on the site. The very best place to watch sundown over the Mekong. The owner was extremely helpful with ideas and interesting anecdotes, we could have listened to him all day!

We had an ok three night stay at Sa Sa Laos guesthouse. It’s a quaint eco-lodge styled premises with dorm and private rooms. We were able to book a motorbike within minutes of arriving so the slightly remote location did not affect our experience as much as others have stated. If you are used to driving scooters, renting a bike is a definite recommendation given the location of this lodge. We did not eat at the restaurant but had plenty of beers and teas that were easy to order and tasty. Shower was super hot and powerful too.

We had the most amazing stay at Mekong Charm. The lodge is perfectly located, it’s super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were beyond amazing. Couldn’t recommend it enough (and Luang Prabang). Thank you so much Hoa and team. We will be back :)

Nice stay in front of a quiet river, lodges in rattan with a lot of charm. The people are really helpful for everything, and there is a platform to rest or share a drink with somebody, be careful for the access is a bit slippery!
