It boasts a saltwater swimming pool, a restaurant and a lounge bar. Beautiful location, amazing rooms. The managers are amazing

Filip and Sonya were fabulous hosts-very hospitable and generous with information and recommendations. The shuttle service to Abel Tasman made a day tramping in the park seamless. We enjoyed the accommodations so much we were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay by one day. Pōhara is an excellent location for visiting the Golden Bay and I can’t recommend the Bay Lodge highly enough.

it was so lovely to find the lodge after 7hours of walking. We ate at the restaurant at night time and the food was delicious, good and efficient service. The surroundings ate exeptional The beds are confortable, it's quiet.

Local to Nelson, took advantage of a great deal, lovely lodge, will be back. Nice touches in the rooms, beautiful decor, and a lovely setting and location in general. Great breakfast, would love to have tried the evening meal.

We travelled as a couple and stayed in one of the private rooms outside - which we really enjoyed. The lodge has such a warm, homely feel and everyones attitudes reflected it. Great location at a great price too
