The staff is super friendly, serious and helped us organizing a trip to the bay as well as the way back to Hanoi. The location is really nice, you're outside the city and into the jungle. Finnally, the food is really good and the bungalows are comfortable. I would truly recommend everyone to stay there!

Everything looked new/very well-maintained and clean. Rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony. Pool on the rooftop was really good. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Very good value for money, would highly recommend!

The cabins are lovely, the staff are kind and the location is perfect. A quieter area away from town, but right near a beach and a quick scooter ride to town. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place, very nice and welcoming family, very clean and comfortable rooms. The owner manage all outside reservations for us if we asked. The food in the hotel was very good. We could rent a scooter from them. The garden and the bungalow are super pretty and the view of the bay exceptional. It was a great stay for us in a triple room 1 adult plus two teens as there are not so many triple single beds with good sized beds as the teens are quite tall.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our needs - we extended our stay and enjoyed lots of relaxing time on the island and at the Love House. Really enjoyed the property. Thanks!

For us the best thing about this accommodation was the family running it. Linda and her family are the sweetest, most amazing people ever. It doesnt feel like they are running a business, it feels like you are going to their home and that's how they treated us. We are traveling with our 1 year old baby, and we also got sick mid-way through our stay. We have felt so incredibly taken care of, and Linda went out of her way to help us with anything we may have needed. We are are really really thankful and appreciate everything so so much! We rented a bigger house 3 min walking from the main area, with the pool and the restaurant, and the yard we had was great!
