Awesome property that is an easy walk to Praia do Campeche and numerous restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious with good AC and smart TV. We really enjoyed the pool which is big and has nice shade for the hot days. Great spot to relax. The staff were wonderful with great communication for easy check in and out. There is a grill and kitchen we utilized for making breakfast. My highest recommendation for Campeche, a great and tranquil spot in Florianopolis

We stayed there for three weeks. The apartment was as on pictures and very cozy. Hosts were very kind and friendly, ready to answer our questions. We enjoyed the time spent here. Also, the beach is 5 minutes far from the apartment.

Owner Neci and son Anthony were extremely accommodating and very helpful (with liberal use of google translate).We were checked in and given rooms at 3 in the morning, for a charge(less than a nights accommodation). This was great for weary travellers. Checking out was like saying goodbye to family.
