Very new and clean. The common area was also very nice and we hung out there a lot. Made some new friends and the staff was very nice. Location was good about 20 min walk to the center of Alicante. Would def stay again and 100% recommend to anyone

Very good location close to the market and 5 minutes walk to the Old Town. The beach is a little further but not important for this trip. Whilst this is a keycode property there is someone on reception in the mornings till about 1pm which is helpful. We were able to drop our bags or access the room early. Many key codes don't allow access until the dot of check in time.

Although the apartments are very basic in terms of decor, they are very spacious, well equipped with very comfortable beds. They are part of a Hotel located less than 500 metres up the street where you can also get the buffet breakfast at guest rates. We were a group of 4 friends so it was a plus that we could get a bedroom each. I would definitely come back again also with my family of 5.

Located in the city centre and close everywhere, the bus to Alicante airport is just opposite walking distance and takes about 20min! It's well equipped with enerything one needs for a few days stay. The kitchen is small and not suitable for long term stays that implies cooking at home, but ideal if you are on vacation. We used it for our 20months old daughter's meals and was perfect. In the room there's a desk but no chair for it, I suggest adding one to the room's facilities.
