We loved everything about our stay at Nelva. Its location in Cala en Porter was excellent. Every single person we encountered that worked there was so cheerful and friendly and exceptionally helpful. We got some nice recommendations for calas to visit, which was quite helpful. We arrived early morning on our first day and enjoyed a breakfast there and headed down to the beach. We were blown away with the view of the cala just a short walk down the street and found after visiting MANY other calas during our four day stay, this one was one of our top picks, for sure. So tranquil, didn't get as crowded as some of the others, and absolutely gorgeous. Besides the breakfast being perfect to fit our needs, the accommodations were great as well - simple and clean and appreciated the light airy feel of the apartment (there is a balcony/windows on both sides of the apartment). And a huge plus for us was the ability to use their axillary shower/dressing room near the pool on our last day after checking out in the morning. It was a relief to have that luxury so we could enjoy the beach in the morning and not feel gross on our flight back to Barcelona in the evening. We highly recommend Nelva Resort!

The staff - particularly Alex the manager - were all wonderful, so helpful and went above & beyond to make our stay as good as possible. I've stayed here for a week in July and had a great stay overall! It really deserves to be 3-star facility in my opinion. Staff is very friendly, rooms are recently refurbished/renewed & regularly cleaned and breakfast is quite good.

The swimming pool was decent and the water slides good too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment complex itself was pleasant and situated close to both restaurants and supermarkets. We stayed end of season and not in a school holiday so the place was generally quiet. I would definitely recommend for any family seeking some autumn sun without breaking the bank.

Cala n Porter does not have much there, however the beach is a minute walk away and there is a lovely hiking trail just opposite the hotel, so the location was excellent.
