Everything was great from top to bottom - Value was great for the size of the room, i was alone but easily spacious enough for a couple/family. Breakfast was 7-11am which is perfect if you are an early riser or want to sleep in, and had good selection. Very near to the city center (<5 mins walking), especially if you're taking the train for day trips along the south coast like i did.

*** A cozy and charming retreat in Cannes *** We stayed at Cannes Villa St. Barth from June 8th to June 15th, 2023, for our anniversary trip. This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet and scenic area, just a few minutes by car from the city center and the beaches. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a comfortable king-size bed, a terrace overlooking the garden. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Villa offered an delicious authentic French breakfast every morning with personal choices, with a variety of freshly backed croissants, local fruits, etc. Although we didn’t use the available spa, we enjoyed the pool, and the outside sitting/bar area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We had a fantastic time at Villa St. Barth, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming retreat in Cannes. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so special! I attend the MIPCOM event yearly in Cannes and this is my first time choosing to spend 5 nights with my fiancé at Hotel de Provence. The moment we walked in we felt super welcomed by the friendly staff. The vibes in the hotel is very positive and amazing service. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff did an amazing job to clean our room everyday. Also good to mention that the hotel installed very sound proof windows, so you won’t be disturbed by outside noise. The included Breakfast provided was continental, however you can order eggs for an add on price. The location was perfect, It’s almost a quiet zone just a few blocks away from the bustling shopping streets. You feel safe, and You’re basically in the center of everything. Not to mention only 10-minute walk to the festival convention center. I would definitely choose this hotel as my main stay for the following trips to come.

Despite very central location, the apartment is tucked away in the back-house of a residential block so that there is surprisingly little noise allowing for restful sleep. Marble floors, large TV with Netflix/Prime/etc, comfortable king-size bed, ample kitchenette, fast internet...and a GIGANTIC jacuzzi in the middle of the apartment make for a lovely stay. My host Marie was helpful and responsive, keys easy to get: I highly recommend this place.

The hosts were wonderfully accommodating to our early arrival and stayed in touch in the days leading to and during our stay. The apartment is very clean and in a wonderful old building right next to the marina and restaurants. You can see the marina from the living room window. :). Fully equipped kitchen and bottles of water, coffee and biscuits on arrival were a very welcome touch. Good sized bathroom and bedrooms and comfortable beds.

The first thing that caught our eyes was that he had everything in the apartment, even small things: pencils, mosquito repellent, parasol, umbrella. There are some restaurants but it was comfortable to sleep at night with open window (we also had a 8 month child). There were working 2 conditioners, coffee machine and enough of dishes (for 3 person), dishwasher. Enough space for 4 people. The flat isn't big, but is well proportioned, has a nice bathtub, cute little balcony, and had all the equipment needed for even a longer stay - a washing machine, a blow-dryer, a dish washer, an iron and ironing board, also AC if desired... Maria gave us perfect service and helped us, when we needed it. 10 meters from the beach and a balcony towards south, overlooking the Mediteranian sea. The apartment has all we needed and from the bed, we had a fantastic ocean view. Despite the road outside it was ok quietly in the sleeping room.
