The stay was excellent,it was like a well furnished 1 Bhk( well equipped kitchen, watching machine,fridge ,iron box) extremely comfortable The owner was in touch with me throughout the stay and made it really comfortable and made sure everything was in place. location wise it's a great place to stay in both for short and long term stay,all the major famous restaurants and cafes are very nearby ( a very amazing German bakery is just downstairs and another cafe too). Beaches are also nearby u can either walk to it or rent a bike. I would definitely recommend this place to either solo travelers or to group or friends or family. Thanks Balakrishnan sir for hosting me 😊

Very beautiful place. Property is well maintained and super clean. Rooms are good and sufficient specious for couple. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Owner Mr. Bandekar is very supportive and cooperative. Absolutely no issues with facilities on property. Support staff is also very cooperative.

We a family of 4 from kerala stayed there for 3 nights(25 - 28). Mr.Garin (The Boss)🙌 , such a wonderful man. From welcoming to all the needs from our side were done with care. Then comes Ms.Rupa😊(Bullion bar &bristro). The hospitality and caring towards the customers is exceptional. Thankyou to Mr.Rupesh👍 for providing all the contact's for the taxi service as well as the rental service. In short everything will be taken care of for the customers staying there. The food&beverages were out of the world. I mean how delicious a food can get. One must have food from there bullion f&b. Had a wonderful stay & will also plan to stay there on the next trip as well. the whole experience, from the check-in, house keeping, restaurant and the entire staff were absolutely fabulous, courteous, entertaining and everyone would go the extra mile to cater and satisfy their guest. I work for an International airline, hence, I have the privilege of travelling, by far this has been the most satisfying stay. what impressed me the most is the attitude and approach of the staff during the Breakfast buffet, the time is from 0630 to 1030, but there were not stopping or turning the guest away nor were the guest told that it was there last order and the buffet will be closed. the buffet was on, until the last guest left.
