The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in even though it was early check in at 5am. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The location was also very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Palakkad.
