Wonderful place, well organised, visually beautiful, cosy and stylish. Two minutes to the beach with buonissimo breakfast dolce and cappuccino available everywhere, where you can enjoy your coffee with a sea view. Quiet but only 5-10 minutes of pleasant seaside walk to the historical centre with shops and restaurants, and there is a nice little bottega (market) just 100 meters away with good selection of salame, prosciutto and cheeses, as well as fresh bread and fruits and wines, meat and pasta. Smartly organised kitchen for evenings when you want to cook something yourself. Friendly staff, molto gentile. We had an amazing vacation, thank you!

We stayed here for two days to enjoy Tuscany's sea side. Great choice. House is very clean. And most comfortable bed!! Very friendly and welcoming host. Very quick in answering. The town has a lovely small historic centre. We visited in the end of November, and then it was really quiet, and many restaurants closed
