Amazing and modern apartment right next to lake Como. Very convenient location, as it’s very close to the port, where you can reach Bellagio and Varenna in a very short trip! Also very close to Menaggio. The beds were comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything that you might need during your stay. Sheryl was amazing, she responded very fast, and answered any questions or concerns you might have. Check in and check out was easy!

The room was well equipped if you wanted to eat in. The outdoor area was lovely and all rooms had a private dining table. But my favourite was having the cats and turtles and dog who were around the place from time to time!

The apartment was clean and tidy and has the most beautiful views from all windows. The location of this apartment was great for wandering and exploring nearby towns as everything was a walkable distance away. The walk up to the apartment was sometimes tricky with suitcases as it was uphill but once up there you forgot about the walk up.

It also had a nice garden pool. The breakfast had variety , but the same breakfast items everyday. Good hot water. I recommend this hotel

Large beds, huge rooms, baths and very good equipment kitchen. Very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 5 people. But the best thing about the apartment was The Host. She was incredibly responsive and helped us with our difficulties that had nothing to do with renting the apartment. Made our experience so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend.

There is a local store five minutes walk away and a ferry terminal two minutes away. A great base for a week exploring towns on the lake. If you like walking the Lake Como greenway start is easily reached via a C10 bus and there are other routes through charming small villages on the West of the lake. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Royal Cadenabbia. We can also highly recommend the restaurant Belle Ile on the ground floor.
