This must be one of the most amazing houses on booking.com! We were a group of 12 persons and we had a wonderful time in the villa! The reality is actually much better than the pictures. The pool is very big and deep, the outside area is really nice and the villas bedrooms are really good. And there are at least 6 bathrooms in the house which makes it really convenient for a big group. Also the kitchen is big and well equipped. AND THE SEAVIEW! The view is magnificent and you can enjoy it both from the pool, inside the house and from the outside dinner area. Barbara was also a great and friendly host. We recieved great recommendations and help during our stay. The stay were above all expectations and we hope to come back soon!

The property was immaculate inside and out, high standards all round, plenty of green and outdoor space to eat and relax. very spacious well equipped terrace on the top floor, ideal to chill out in the evening, the view is spectacular. Laura is an exceptional hostess providing everything you might need on arrival, water, fruit, coffee, something for breakfast & cooking basics together with fresh baskets of tasty vegetables from the garden to keep us going throughout the week.

The facilities were clean and modern, we could check in early and check out late (off season). The host Luciano upgraded us to a nicer room and even helped us get cheaper ferry tickets to Elba. Hint: Linens and towels are not included in the price (EUR 16.00 per person). Did not know this up front, but I might have overlooked it in the description.
