Cozy accommodation in a quiet location, yet very close to the sea or the center. The size of the apartment was ideal for 2 adults and a dog. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. We appreciated the terrace the most, where we had breakfast or had wine in the evening. The kitchen is very well equipped. The equipment is almost new, everything was clean. The bedroom has a window to the north, which you will appreciate in the summer when the sun does not shine there. The terrace is oriented to the west. The terrace can be shaded. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building. During our stay, the other apartments were empty, it was completely quiet. Parking is next to the house in a private parking lot, you can see the car from the terrace. We were welcome including our dog. About 5 minutes' walk to the sea - it's safe, there are sidewalks everywhere. If we go to Elba again, we will stay here again.

The location was so close to the beach just 100 m walk and we used our feet to walk around and buy groceries eat gelatos and dining at the restaurant. All the necessary items are in the house for cooking for a family go 5 It was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, especially the heating system was good in April’s weather.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you may need. Fantastic space outside for eating out and relax. It’s about 10-15 mins walk to town centre, the beach and supermarket. The owners are amazing, very kind and laid back. They did everything to help us when our flights were cancelled. Even if it doesn’t say in the description, a cot was made available for our 2 year old, which was really helpful. Bikes are also available and they even had a child seat! lovely and quiet also. There is also a washing machine. Local beach has sand and there are free beach areas too. Shallow water, so great for families, then it dips. Two playgrounds (one on beach, one in town). Good restaurants and feel good vibes. Go!

This amazing old building is like maritiem museum, with all the small doors, little rooms and amazing furniture. All the modern features are available like WiFi, air-conditioning without losing the old feel of the building. Amazing place an my kids loved staying over in the middle of the beste little town on Elba. Communication how to get there and check in are super convenient.

The location is good, a lot of restaurants and beach bars araound, and the beach right infront of the door. We didn't use the beach there though. It is not an exciting hotel, it is an ugly block at the beach, but it definitely fulfilled our needs and comfort standards. The pool is very useable. There is even a bar, where we got aperitivo. We slept very well. All in all a very good experience.

A lot of great restaurants nearby, 2 supermarkets in walking distance. The beach is within 2 minutes walk. The apartment has 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms each with a shower, a washing machine, a dryer, an excellent kitchen, 2!! fridges and air-conditioning. Everything is very well taken care of and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed our time at Casa Franco.
