Location is amazing right in town of Menaggio. 5 minute walk to the ferry. Stayed with our family of 5 and was the perfect size. Views were better than expected and just beautiful. Lots of natural light and tall windows in every room.

EVERYTHING! The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. The view out of the kitchen/living room windows was mesmerizing. We enjoyed being so close to the ferry terminal and loved watching the people and ferries more through. Being so close to the ferry was perfect for us because we wanted to visit other towns; Varenna, Bellagio and Como. It was also nice having a grocery store on the 1st floor of the building, a gas station across the street and the town of Menaggio just a four minute walk away.

The location is fantastic - less than 10 steps from the lake, right by the piazza with many shops and cafes, 5 minut walk to the ferry stop. The apartment is very spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice, big bathroom. Lots of natural light, but blackout curtains for those who might want those... The host is very responsive, very helpful and very nice!

Really beautiful, unobstructed view of lake como. The house had everything we needed plus some extras (items for the pool when it’s open.). The welcome basket full of yummy Italian snacks and wine was a lovely touch especially given the odd hours of the local grocery stores. Easy 10 minute walk on a pedestrian path to the ferry and into town. Garage parking was also a plus. Also a nice little playhouse and kids books for small children. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I arrived late by motorbike and was very hungry. although the kitchen was closed, the friendly staff made an effort to prepare a cold dish that made my evening. The view from the room balcony was breathtaking and the room itself was very comfortable. The air conditioning ensured a good night sleep as my stay was during a heatwave.
