The location is within a civil neighborhood, Sebastian give tips to local restaurant, excellent patisserie, cafe, supermarket......which are authentic and wonderful. Wonderful small, modern hotel, great location in a quiet area of the New Town, easy walking distance from the Old Town, waterfront and beaches. Our room was great - very modern and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing advice on restaurants, sites to see, and arranging for taxis. There is a wonderful pool in back where you can take a dip after a sweaty day of touring, relax on a lounge, and order drinks and snacks. Breakfast was delicious: big variety of both hot and cold items, omelet station, any kind of coffee you wanted. The breakfast place was lovely, with tables both indoors and outside. Highly recommend!

Location is perfect for us: 200 steps to the beach, enough far from the disturbing noise, a few minutes walt to the centre, excellent restaurant nearby.

At the hotel every room is fitted with air conditioning, a desk, a terrace with a city view, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, bed linen and towels. All units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a coffee machine. Our suit was wonderful. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the huge TV with Netflix made it possible to have cinema evenings. Alex, the owner, is a really nice young man, who treats the guest with drinks and lots of snacks. Moreover, he let us check out really really late, since this time of the year is not that busy.
