The place was spotless clean and I really appreciated it since not many are, not even hotels. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The design was beautiful and the attention to details.. Impeccable. I hope they really keep up the good work. If we ever have the chance, we would like to return.

We had a small inconvenience in the room and we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was a nice gesture from the hotel manager. The suite was really cosy and spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The open space bath concept, the colours and the lightning are the accents that give the room a true luxury feel!

I appreciate the fact that shampoo and body lotion products were from a Bulgarian brand producing cosmetics with roses. Location of guest house was super central, right between Kapana district and the old town. There are also parking options nearby.
