Comfortable and clean hotel right in the middle of Bukit Bintang, the core of Kuala Lumpur restaurants and shops area, a few steps from the best malls of the city. Rooms are spacious and clean, great bathrom, comfy beds, nice lightning. Nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast and a nice rooftop pool to complete the package. One thing I particularly appreciated, A/C isn't freezing in common areas and is very silent in the room.

One of the best home-style stays in Kuala Lumpur! We often travel to KL for work and Wakely's properties has fulfilled our accommodation needs! Hosts are super responsive 24/7 and check-in instructions was super clear. They also provide some value added services like luggage holding and provide travel tips! If you require wifi connection, the wifi in their unit was also lightning fast! I had no issues joining meetings online with my colleagues from here.

It's in a great spot, and the room's air conditioning is freezing. There is lightning-fast Wi-Fi. This room is fairly spacious.

The hotel was held to such a high standard. The rooftop pool and balcony was perfect for watching the lightning and the view of the city was amazing. The staff were so friendly and the hotel is so central to everything.

I never have breackfast, so I'd prefer to have option BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED! Location is good, i like Gardens mall. Room can be less cold aircon, i always have to off it when in room bcz its too cold, also lights are too bright, no quiet lightning...
