The bar and restaurant were closed during our stay. So we had to drive to go and get food and drink. The chef was saying he was unhappy and was leaving. When we did see staff, they were friendly and helpful. Can not recommend people to stay here unless staffing issues are sorted out. There's very little in Cambell tiver anyway. It was my first stop in Vancouver Island and I couldn't have wished for a better one. Lorri is amazing, so open and warm hearted. I really loved chatting with her and I felt like being home. Some more things to say: the breakfast was super delicious, the bed so comfortable and everything was clean. And... I loved sitting on the deck in the backyard. Everything was just incredible.
