Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the bus station. Lots of cafeterias and restaurants nearby, so as a supermarket. The apartment has all the facilities we need, such as a kitchen, washing machine, etc.

The villa is conveniently located in Puerto Pollença, with a raised position giving amazing views around the town and only a 10 minute walk from the Pine Walk. The villa was clean and comfortable, lots of space indoors and outdoors to relax and enjoy a well deserved break. The kitchen was well kitted out. We paid to have the indoor pool heated, which was definitely worth doing, as the outside pool was freezing (which was expected for April). The managing agents were very helpful, we had an early check in as the property was empty the day before we arrived. A nice welcome goody pack of essentials too!

the property felt like a home, not just a holiday rental. We loved their art work and the mix of modern and traditional furniture. Pool area was great too lots of shade and sun, and the garden was well kept. We loved the local cats too!

Beautiful view. Breakfast & choice also very good, and managed to get a balcony table each morning ensuring a great start to the day.

Great local coffee shop just across the street. We had the penthouse with views of mountains the main square and glimpses of the sea. Pool was lovely not too busy. 5 Minutes walk to the beach.
