The airline had lost my bag and all the staff could not have been more helpful in making phone calls on my behalf, answering all sorts of questions and letting us use the hotels facilties long after checkout while we waited for my traced bag to be delivered.

The receptionist was good and made us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable and the linen and the towels were great. We also had a lovely sitting area and plenty of tea/coffee/water.
