Featuring a DVD player, the spacious holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and a bath. Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

I could write for hours, absolutely loved the place, and we really didn't want to leave! It really is home from home. Everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, A cosy comfy lounge, the most comfiest beds I've ever slept on, lovely powerful shower. Really spacious so perfect if you did have the full 6 guests staying. The hot tub was a very welcome treat, after long strolls on the beach. The garden is perfect, secluded area for the hot tub, seating area and then a lovely patch of grass for our furry companions. 😊 Team this with the location, only being a few minutes walk to the beach, less than 10mins to the main town that's full with things to do, and a gorgeous pub/hotel literally 2mins walk is brilliant. It's everything you could ask for and more. Sam was a wonderful host, keeping in contact to make sure we were happy with our stay. Myself and my partner come to Barmouth at least once a year, sometimes twice, and this is the first place we have stayed that we know we will definitely be returning to, and already can't wait to come back! 😊

Everything was in perfect shape when we arrived at the property. Big enough rooms to accompany all our guests. Very big sitting area and dining area. Had a great time. Just would have liked more toilet tissue rolls and garbage bags. But nevertheless, a brilliant stay.

An absolutely beautiful location and the property couldn’t have been better placed. we met the host who was extremely pleasant. I would have rated the experience far higher if it hadn’t have been for the extremely uncomfortable bed and sofa.

Superb experience from the moment of booking. Erol was in contact, and gave us brilliant instructions re directions; access lane; key location; local walks, attractions and pubs! As for the property....everything you need and more. Luxurious bath/shower rooms, comfy beds, high spec kitchen. The cottage is only eclipsed by the location and panoramic views from most rooms! Most certainly, Barmoth is where the Mountains meet the Sea!

The B&B is a large Victorian semi. We were in a large 2nd floor suite, with very comfortable king size bed, which offers a superb view of Barmouth Bridge. Philippa and Brad couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the scrambled eggs - perfection.

Excellent location for our first visit to Barmouth. The Royal is extremely dog friendly and we were delighted with the bowls and towel and dog treats provided for our 'baby' in our room. The room is above an extremely busy bar and restaurant that hosts live music but the noise was over around midnight. The breakfast was outstanding and the lovely lady with the blonde hair (sorry should have got your name} was so nice and really looked after us. The products were a fantastic quality and compliments to the brakfast chef.

Superb Flat with smart kitchen made airy by a full length glass door and an outstanding shower room all well maintained. Smart, clean furniture. Everything worked perfectly. A full set of condiments and cleaning products was welcome. Being able to park outside (September 2022) for no charge was a welcome relief. Excellent location within a few minutes walk of town and beach.
