Wonderful staff and nicely situated close to both the beach and the town. Lovely cabin with everything you need for comfort. Recommend staying at this property. Staff is more than welcoming and will share with you the opportunities in the area. Room and hotel area well maintained and view is wonderful for your morning coffee.

Limes is a wonderfully friendly place to stay and use as a base to explore Montrose and surrounding areas. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable with all the facilities you would expect. Jen is a super host who will go out of her way to make your visit special. Breakfast is superb. We love everything about the place and will be returning on our next trip to Montrose.

However, we could not have been more wrong. Our room was superb, the breakfast outstanding, the staff enthusiastic, the parking secure, and all in all, it was a seriously enjoyable stay. The staff were also really welcoming and helpful. I would say for the extra £20 or so, it is worth getting a deluxe room. Of course, this isn't a 5 star hotel, so it wasn't mind-blowing, but it was very good for the price.
