Unfortunately the drains in my bathroom were smelling so I informed reception who came straight up with the maintenance man. They were very apologetic and upgraded me immediately to an even better room! Fantastic service and response, why can't all hotels treat their guests like this. Absolutely brilliant. A set of drawers would have added a useful extra. The breakfast choice was superb. I wasn't able to sample food at other times because of my schedule. The price was really good in such a useful location near both bus and train links and in the middle of the city centre. I have already highly recommended the hotel to friends. This was not stated in the description. The beds were zipped together in the middle and were very uncomfortable. When we complained that this was not as described we thought we was having a luxury deluxe bed we were told that they had to accommodate for when there are single people.
