When I change the check in time from 3 pm to 6 pm then later to 7 pm due to traffic jam, the staff (CC) patiently wait for us and was very helpful and accommodating to our request. Even they provide one car for us and accompany us to the property's parking space and show us the parking lot. And during check out time, they also offered to escort out from the property.
