Communication with the property was very good. Apparently before we arrived we were informed that the apartment we have booked was up for an unexpected maintenance and got upgraded to a nearby 5 star sister property - Boulcott Suites. The 4 bedroom townhouse was superb. Huge and clean and ample space for a big family like ours. The only down side was the supply of hot water. We ran out of hot water after a few showers and few of us had to take a cold shower.

The location of the hotel is superb - right at the top of Cuba street and near all the wonderful cafes, shops and restaurants that line this street. The lobby is decorated in a whimsical and unique style and the adjacent lounge and bar is delightful and a lot of fun to hang out in. The restaurant is outstanding.

I feel sorry for hospo industry during this extended pandemic even so the Rydges Wgtn airport were fantastic and made you feel like VIP. I'd additionally complement the chef in the Nourish salad bowl for tea was superb.
