I spent only 2 nights but really enjoyed Hoi An thanks to kind staff. They arranged transportation, tour etc. then took care of every small concern. The hotel, good variety of breakfast, walking distance to old town but not noisy at night.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. The coconut basket tour and cooking class that you can book through reception is a must do! Location slightly farther out from Old Town but it’s an easy 45-50k dong Grab. There are free bicycles that you can borrow too which was really fun. Highly recommend this place :)

This place had to be the absolute number one place during my stay in Vietnam. The views were great, the staff went far far far beyond expectation, the room was amazing, the tub was beautiful, the breakfast amazing, one of the best spa experiences we received as well. This place literally has it all. It was my girlfriend's birthday and I chose this place because of its fantastic reviews and it didn't disappoint. My partner went to the spa and said it was "life-changing." They allowed us to check in a little early, I prepared a birthday surprise for her and the staff knew, gave her all special treatment in the spa and even got us a beautiful cake just for her. No extra cost, they just went the extra mile. Any request was fulfilled beyond what was required and always asked if there was anything else, and to never hesitate to talk with them. The room was beautiful, but the shining beauty was definitely the bath tub. It was gorgeous and was a perfect way to end a birthday with relaxation. I cannot express how grateful and astonished by how wonderful Cozy Savvy was. When I return to Hoi An, I will not even look for another place to stay.

Very well located and very friendly and helpful staff (especially Thuy at the reception). The hotel provided free bicycles and shuttle buses to Hoi An. Would 100% recommend! We even extended our stay.

Excellent location along the River. About 5min walk into the old town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is small so it never felt like people were around. Room and bathroom were both excellent, good size. We enjoyed breakfast more than other hotels with optional indoor or outdoor eating. The chef made fresh eggs or pancakes, plenty of fruit, pasties etc. They also have barista coffee. We would definitely return.

Very comfortable stay and good location, it was close to the Hoi An night markets and just a short 10min walk to the main city area. The hotel manager, Nam, was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The management and staff have an eye for detail and we hope they continue like that. Just some of the plusses: the swimming pool has both sun (if you like) and shade (our preference), it’s just a few steps away from the Old Town and breakfast buffet is served with a variety of local and international dishes. We received a very warm welcome and we would definitely love to come back.RienFamily with young children

I'm so grateful for the expeirence. They were more accomodating than some 5 star luxury hotels I've stayed in!

The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
