Great location in the Sapa town . Staff were extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious. The spa area is really convincing with its space and staff, the negative water swimming pool and Jacuzzi are very convincing and relaxing. Overall, we had a relaxing time staying 3 days at this hotel

The property was beautiful and brand new! Pool was amazing and staff is super nice. There was a language barrier as the staff didn’t know much English, but they all are willing to use google translate. The pool and breakfast was amazing! Also it is next to the fanispan cable carts which was convenient to go to on the nicest day of our stay.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location may not be right in the town center, but it was peaceful and relaxing. I really appreciated the extra touches like the staff packing food for our journey and allowing us to wait comfortably in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sapa.

Amazing stay! This is one of the most beautiful and instagramable city-hotels I had ever been. The staff is very friendly! Very cool and well designed pool area. And also perfect starting-point for a Fansipan-visit, because the trainstation to Fansipan is in the same building.
