Everybody is smiling and nice. You have free water and Nespresso coffee in the room every day. The spa has a small and beautiful pool (slippers, robes are in the lockers).

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. They held our bag while we explored the city and provided several maps and recommendations. There is a bar within the hotel open until 11pm, however, we did not utilize it, but it is a plus! The room was spotless; they even provided slippers and a water bottle.
