An outstanding hotel. The room was wonderful: large, well equipped and luxurious. The same can be said for the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. High quality produce and an extensive menu. We also enjoyed great food at dinner. Staff were superb
Spacious, deluxe, luxurious big bed in main room. Beautiful views! Good location. Easily accessible, comfortable nights sleep. Single beds are a little small compared to the luxury of the king size bed in the other room but beautifully presented overall. GHD hair dryer & straighteners we’re a lovely touch.
The staff, food, and accommodation were 5 stars, and nothing was told much trouble for any of the team . The selection and quality of food from breakfast to lunch and evening meals superb..room two is so big and luxurious.
Great location. The Brantwood is a small unpretentious hotel. Very comfortable with delightful staff Don’t expect 5* luxury or Michelin starred chefs - just a nice hotel run by good people. At a very reasonable price.
The room was superb. Cosy, yet spacious. We had plenty of hangers and shelves for our clothes, the bathroom was surprisingly large, and again, had plenty of space for your washing items. Excellent location in between Windermere and Bowness, with a bus stop about 100 yards from the guest house. This is the second time we have stayed in the space of a year and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. The chef here is incredible.
Gorgeous Interior, staff & facilities. Definitely staying again. I travel a lot with work and this is the best hotel/Inn I have stayed in. The food is outstanding, what a great Chef. I had the crab lasagne for dinner with desert and the breakfast of eggs Benedict was delicious too. Boasts fabulous friendly staff. A five star from me. Thank you very very much.
Service was outstanding. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm. Tge Chef kept the kitchen open and produced a superb dinner for us. Thank you Chef and all of the Team at the Kings Head
The Chef, James was superb. Every meal including specials were top quality in presentation and quality
Imagine setting up a stay for your loved one, and you can afford everything. This describes this place very well. Absolutely amazing, with only the very best of everything offered. We stayed in a self-catered safari tent, most comfy beds, perfumed toilet rolls, high quality cutlery, 24*7 supply of firewood for the quality log burner. List goes on and on. I have stayed in 5 stars which cut corners by supplying sub standard material, this felt like every bit of luxury.
