Everything was amazing, the facilities, the restaurants, the beach. Also the pick up from the airport. They picked us up and took us to a private port, from which we were taken directly to the hotel by private boat.

It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room! Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!

Our holiday in Boracay was great thanks also to all the Mandarin Staff. The room was big, clean, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of food options to be served and great coffee. All the staff were very nice and polite. Also, the transfer from the airport and back went smoothly. We had an issue with some noisy neighbors but the hotel staff managed to help us to be satiety and happy. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The butler/maid service was great. You could order food from their menu and they would cook it up for you. After you were done even if you cooked your own food they came and cleaned the dishes. Spectacular service. Well spent money.. Big rooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the small pool to relax in.. I would have no second thoughts on coming here again.. The downstairs could have been its own in-law unit by itself.
