The staff was very very nice,always helpful Food and drinks at restaurant and bars were absolutely fabulous and delicious.I would recommend this hotel definitely to friends and family I loved the cute breakfast area at the 19th floor. And we had a blast using the play area (with Billard table,bowling,soccer table etc.)great fun for rainy times

They have excellent services dedicated just for kids. The pool is relaxed, and good for families and I never felt like a splashing 5 year old was out of place. The beach is just a short walk away and so are a good number of restaurants and main stores. The cheerfulness of Jessica and the broad smile of Bianca surely contribute to making your stay utterly pleasant. The latter, Bianca, really made sure that we had a comfortable and spacious room once she learned that we were also telecommuting from the hotel. We felt pretty much at home.
