An excellent alround hotel. Location excellent. Parking via Valet is a bit expensive. You should consider there is a car park directly facing the hotel and it looks very safe. Hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast isn't fantastic but lots of great little eateries all around nearby.

The car parks both front and rear are spacious and the hotel is easy to reach from Tampa International Airport or from elsewhere in Florida. Two large shopping Malls are located nearby as well as many restaurants too We would highly recommend this hotel

The wedding party was staying at the JW MArriott around the corner from the Embassy Suites. We opted for the Embassy because it was a bit lower price. and were simply blown away by how nice it was! The room was very spacious and comfortable...breakfast was excellent...and location was very convenient for every function we participated in. Really enjoyed out stay!!

I was hoping this one would be a good one as we visited Busch Gardens. I was not disappointed! Tyler at the front desk was awesome. He explained and responded to all my concerns and questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were OK. I even extended my stay an extra night.There was breakfast at 7.It was ok Better than leaving out with an empty stomach.cold eggs though was a no for me. A satisfied customer!

The hotel staff did nothing, not even file a report and told me they had no cameras and can’t do anything about it. Very poorly handled and rude.
