We had an amazing stay at the Mercure. The photo when booking was inaccurate, so we chatted to Manager, who did move us to a room that did look more like the picture.

My friends and I stayed at Quest for Taylor Swift The Eras Tour at Accor Stadium. It was a prime location and such a convenience being able to only have to do a 5 min walk too and from the stadium! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, allowing us to do an early check in and even hanging onto our bags for us while we went out for breakfast after checking out! The room was clean and tidy and the bed was HUGE which was great for sharing as we still had space!

After sending an email of complaint to the CEO of ACCOR I did have communication from two managers who were checking on how our room was. The buffet breakfast was very good and had many options. The location of the hotel is excellent.

It is not the same standard of the Mercure hotels like in Europe or Asia, however the service I mean personnel of the hotel was just fabulous. Amazing people, always kind and nice and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Location of the hotel was in the center; a lot of small markets around. Hotel is very close to Chinatown. Walk to the Opera House takes maybe 30 minutes. Very close to the Main Station. I really recommend it and for sure next time will choose that hotel.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. I have stayed at many Mercure hotels around Sydney and this one was the most disappointing.

The Mercure Hotel is located in a very convenient area which has many accessible transportation methods, for example the Central Station that is located just outside. Many shops and eating areas are also in walking distance - some easy trip planning! The breakfast buffet is also full of delicious food and we thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to waking up and coming down to the restaurant to eat.
