All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and our rooms were upgraded free of charge :) The breakfast is extensive and very tasty. On the last day of our work trip we finally had time to go down and use the spa - was so nice to go swimming and use the steam room and sauna before our flight, the perfect way to wind down. Several restaurants, turkish delights and shops around. The room was really quite, clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. They arrange PCR test for me in same hotel. Definitely I will stay there again.
