The fact that we were late and they arranged the key for us when we arrived at 10pm. The coffee, tea and milk was provided. The beach being a 100m walk away. There are a lot of restaurant options in close proximity to the hotel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great play area for kids just across the road next to the beach.

Although we arrived at 8 pm on the night of the check-in, as soon as I entered the motel, we saw Dylan and Adison, so the check-in went very smoothly. It includes a kitchenette with microwave, 2 hotplates, frypan and sandwich maker. Very well equipped. Full size fridge. The view from the balcony is full ocean view. The facilities were clean and the breakfast is really nice, with tea, seriously good coffee, juice, cereal, toast and condiments. The kitchenette with full size refrigerator was handy, as we had a fair amount of lunch making ingredients etc to keep cold overnight.

I travel for work in that area and have paid alot more for a basic motel room in Bundaberg. Not everyone has the budget to stay in the resorts in the local area which will cost you at least $200 a night so its fantastic to have an affordable option.
