The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless and that is all that matters.

This time the room was larger being a family room and more comfortably spacious. The local RSM club is a 5 minute drive away and sometimes has a courtesy bus for door to door. On web site there should be information checkin is at the RSM and this was confusing especially after having driven 600km. This motel was built in the 1960s and good and solid workmanship proves it. Dated, but still comfortable if missing a few small things that brighten up staying in a motel.

The room, although quite comfortable was a little unkempt.d behind an abandoned hotel and is quite derelict. It's dark and dingy. There are homeless people sleeping in the carpark underneath.
