I travel a fair bit and often hotels have a few let down which is to be expected. But this place was great. I wish this place was centrally located to the city as I would book it every time I come to Melb. The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful even when I needed to extend my stay by an extra night. Room is really clean and modern. Shut out blinds, good heating and cooling. Comfy beds and extra pillows.
