We very much enjoyed our stay at The Sandridge Motel. The best place ever during Easter holiday secure parking as it was packed during easter. Very convinient everything you will ever need is just around the corner the beautiful beach, cafes and other shops. The reception lady was a bonus as she was very helpful in every way and made our stay extra special. We are looking forward to spend our next holiday back at Lorne and stay at the very same property. Thank you👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is on a corner of the main street and close to the beach which was handy for main meals and to walk across a park to see the beach.Lots of interesting cafes and other shops, as well as close to waterfalls and fantastic scenery along the coast road. The roof of the rest of the motel blocks most of the view, but you can see the street lights and a narrow strip of the sea in the distance.

The motel is old but the rooms are well decorated and large with a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa. I didn't check; it might be a pull-out bed. All in all, very comfortable. NOTE: it only has part-time reception most of the time. You have to phone a number posted on a piece of paper to get a reception clerk to come.
