The water views are spectacular! The staff are helpful and knowledgeable of the Cabot Trail area. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Was disappointed there was no vacancy to stay an extra night, will definitely stay at the Cabot Trail motel again on our next trip out East :)

The room was spacious and clean with everything anyone would need for their stay. I loved sitting on the back deck in the morning with my coffee (supplied by the motel), enjoying the lake. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and again, everything very clean and well organized. I would definitely book with Trailsman Lodge on my next visit.

All rooms are waterfront with big windows to enjoy. The property is older but nicely maintained and equipped with comfy beds and kitchenette. It was a great start for our trip around the Cabot Trail.

Our room was a good size, looked to be recently updated and had a view of the lake. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were sufficient plugins to charge our devices. We were able to walk to the harbour and the small boardwalk. There was a “parlour” that you could use to relax in. We were on the third floor and there is no elevator so had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs but I knew this when I booked this motel.AnitaYoung couple
