The continental breakfast was superb, they had everything from scrambled eggs, sausage, hasbrowns, toast waffles with all the toppings, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit,choice of juices coffee/tea, fresh pastries. The location was close enough to downtown for walking. There also is a pool and hot tub which we never had time to use. A 2nd night would have been great. Once checked in, you can get a key fob to secure, free parking less that a block away, though! There are lots of transit stops along Banff ave so I would highly recommend taking transit everywhere!
