    Gorgeous room with the absolute best of everything. The most deluxe motel type accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The furnishings are amazing, bed is comfortable, all basic needs (fridge, keurig) are met. The hosts are welcoming and very helpful. The location is terrific and the view is breathtaking. Wifi is excellent too.

    Everything. Friendly owners, tastefully renovated and decorated rooms, and lots of little touches to make one’s stay as comfortable as possible. Despite being located right on the Cabot Trail, it was also very quiet and peaceful. Best motel of our trip so far.

    Brilliant motel in a perfect location. We had to change our plans due to a storm and only booked a couple of days in advance. Everyone was really friendly, the room was a good size, clean and comfy. Good parking. Good wifi. The lady suggested local places (the bakery up the road was lovely).

    Motel is ideally situated for the National Park and the Doryman pub was just a short walk away. Motel is a little tired looking, but clean and comfortable. The on site launderette was a bonus

    This motel is the last location before entering Cape Breton Highlands National Park, so the location is exceptional. The motel sits next to a creek where I had the opportunity to see a bald eagle flying on both days of my stay. The trail on-site is wooded and quiet, and sitting outside the room by the creek is relaxing with a beautiful view. Lots of chipmunks and a few deer wandered through. The staff is super friendly and recommended trails, restaurants, and activities throughout Cheticamp.

    The owner is most pleasant and gave us some tips on where to eat dinner and the boulangerie for breakfast. The motel has great curb appeal.

    Excellent host and very responsive. Place is immaculate. Bed is extremely comfortable. Very close to the cabot trail. The room design was chic. Free parking was a great bonus.

    Amazing bed and pillows (and sheets/ comforter)! I’m really picky about those and I would say it’s one of the best rest I’ve ever experience in an hotel/motel in my life! Was very surprised by the quality of it in the middle of nowhere! Slept very very well! And most importantly for us, it’s dog friendly! The breakfast is very good too and the terrace is perfect with the dog to relax with a good coffee.
