The best hotel staff! The second time I staying at this hotel - a very beautiful window view, the hotel is right on the Black Sea coast. Quiet cozy place, close to IST airport, ideal for staying for a couple of days. This time it was snowing in Istanbul, not a single taxi driver agreed to take us because of problems on the road. We were already ready to spend the night at the airport, but the owner of the hotel went to pick us up in his car, and did not even charge for the trip

Breakfast was ok but we enjoyed it outside as it felt like in a hospital with people coming from clinics after their treatments. All in all, amazing location & amenities. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, they let us leave our car for the whole day after the check out! If you arrive by car, there is free parking space provided outside the hotel, secured by cameras. The room was very spacious, apparently new and clean, but some amenities in the room could be improved. P.S. A cute little private “hamam” in the bathroom!
